Pinzolo: skiing, snowshoeing and parachuting
Pinzolo is surrounded by Brenta, Adamello and Presanella mountains. It is 785m above the sea level, in the middle of Rendena Valley
It is very close to Madonna di Campiglio.
Pinzolo is one of the most popular Italian ski areas. It has 150 km slopes, lots of modern lifts and ski runs, with different difficulty levels.
If you think you are a very good skier, you can test your skills on Doss del Sabion slope. It’s really hard.
If you go snowshoeing or parachuting, you will see the best of Pinzolo.
Pinzolo is wonderful in spring and in the summer as well. Surf the net and have a look at Val Campiglio, Madonna di Campiglio, Dolomiti di Brenta,Val Genova, with its amazing waterfalls at the beginning of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
Try Pinzolo’s cable cars and go up to Prà Rodont. You can walk on the “Soffio del Brenta” path, which will lead you to Doss del Sabion, surrounded by the magnificent Dolomiti di Brenta.
From Madonina you can go on either until the 12 Apostoli Refuge or to Malga Movlina. You can choose among a variety of itineraries starting both from Prà Rodont refuge and from Doss del Sabion.
Don’t forget to go and see the famous Danza Macabra painting at San Vigilio church.
